Easter and Earth Day are both going to be celebrated in Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ first live events, complete with exclusive items.Animal Crossing: New Horizons has already had one post-launch update, but that was only to fix a bug everyone was using to cheat. Announced during the surprise Nintendo Direct Mini, Bunny Day is Animal Crossing’s equivalent of Easter. For those new to the series, Animal Crossing has lots of fictional in-game events based on real world holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, and this will be the first for New Horizons.It will involve Zipper T. Bunny challenging you to dig up (and fish for, oddly) specially hidden eggs which you can then use to create limited time items and furniture.

The first, Bunny Day, had already been announced via the Japanese Nintendo website, but today’s Nintendo Direct Mini revealed it in more detail. Players will receive a visit from Zipper the bunny, who will ask players to collect eggs from the island. Once you’ve, er, fished these eggs out from the sea, you’ll be able to craft lovely decorations with them. Just don’t mind the seaweed smell. Home Depot has stopped selling respirator masks to the general public, donating them instead to hospitals amid the coronavirus pandemic, the company announced Wednesday.The hardware giant on Wednesday said it placed a “stop-sale” order on N95 masks and has been giving them instead to hospitals, health care providers and first responders for the last several weeks.

The Settings app now gives you more control over how much bandwidth is used for downloading Windows updates. Windows 10 20H1 will let you set a precise “Absolute bandwidth” limit in Mbps for more accurate throttling of downloaded updates. This option was previously available in Group Policy but is now available to everyone in Settings.To find the update bandwidth limiting options on any version of Windows 10, head to Settings > Update & Security > Delivery Optimization > Advanced options.

Language settings should also be easier to understand with this update. The main page will now include links to all the major language and region settings, including the Windows language, app language, regional format, and more. Stamina has also been split into leg stamina and arm stamina, meaning you’ll have to balance out actions that use the upper body and the lower body to prevent stamina from draining. Temtem’s mid-term roadmap reveals the new Trading House, Dojo Wars, and much more. Yesterday, we found out what developer Crema Games plans for Temtem over the next 9 months. The Darkmoon Faire is a monthly event in WoW Classic that starts on the first Friday of each month and brings buffs, quests, epic gear, cosmetic gear, pets and two mini-games. You can find it in Mulgore or Elwynn Forest, but hurry up, as it only stays around for a week!

EA has been making FIFA mobile titles for a half-dozen years, but it hasn’t said how many people are playing and making purchases within them. Riot Games has released a champion trailer and a complex kit primer for upcoming League of Legends champion Aphelios. Aphelios will be joining the game as the MOBA’s newest marksman this December. His abilities are far from those of a traditional marksman, though, as he has five different weapons that he uses in both main-hand and off-hand positions. Not only do the different weapons make for different abilities, but they also give different passives and different follow-up attacks to the new hero’s ultimate.

With the new kit, Aphelios has a very different control scheme. His main weapon is attached to a unique Q ability for that weapon and his off-hand weapon can be switched into the main slot with W. His R launches an area-of-effect (AOE) bomb after which he follows up with enhanced attacks from the weapon he has equipped in his main slot. The five weapons run the gamut in their style between poke and harass, healing and shields, crowd control, AOE/waveclear, and damage-per-second (DPS).

As Aphelios has so many abilities attached to three buttons, he doesn’t level up his abilities. Instead, they level up on their own at certain milestones and he instead puts skill points into stats like attack damage, attack speed, and magic/armor penetration. Essentially, we end up with a champ that has custom increasable stats and about 16 different ways to attack enemies (basic attacks, q skills, and ultimate enhanced attacks, plus the ultimate itself).

Outside of the weapons, Aphelios has technically only two abilities in his Q and ultimate. His ultimate is Moonlight Vigil – a moon bomb which explodes when it hits another champion and also damages nearby enemies. After using his ultimate, Aphelios can also shoot enemies caught in the blast with enhanced auto attacks.

The five weapons Aphelios can use are a Calibrum rifle, scythe pistol Severum, cannon Gravitum, flamethrower Infernum and chakram Crescendum. To help keep track of all these different abilities and weapons, there’s also a custom HUD for the character – showing you which weapon is in rotation, the remaining ammo and more. Aphelios is certainly a highly complex champion, but it’ll be interesting to see the tricks players will be able to pull off with such a versatile arsenal.
